The episode begins with Goldie making a reel of Megha’s Pagphere ceremony. Megha meets the neighbors, and Jassi’s mom comes over to hug her. A lady taunts Jassi’s mom, suggesting she should keep Jassi locked up at home. Then, the lady turns to Megha, asking when she will be going to Georgia and where her husband, Manoj, is. Goldie tells her that Manoj will come tomorrow to pick Megha up. The lady rudely comments that Manoj left without taking Megha along, making her sad. Ranjeeta steps in, explaining that Megha and the family convinced Manoj to leave early for his job. The lady compares this to how Jassi’s husband, Gurpreet, made similar excuses. Megha defends her father, saying he wanted the marriage ceremony to be simple and that Manoj isn’t a bad person. The lady continues to argue, but Megha firmly asks her to leave.

The next morning, Surinder is worried because he can’t find Megha. Ranjeeta tries to reassure him, saying that Megha has been stressed since the day before. Meanwhile, Megha is at the hospital, trying to find a bill under the names Kavita, Manoj, or Sadanand, but the hospital staff says there’s no such record. Megha spots a doctor and rushes to ask him for help, but he doesn’t remember anything and directs her to the billing department. Frustrated, Megha receives a call from Ranjeeta and heads home, where she lies to Surinder about where she has been.

Surinder senses something is wrong and tells Megha that he understands what is bothering her. She breaks down in tears and hugs him. He comforts her, saying that he advised Ranjeeta not to invite Dolly and that she should stand by her husband without worrying about what others say. He asks if there is anything else troubling her, but Megha denies it. Meanwhile, Goldie is still busy making the reel. Megha hugs him before leaving with Kripal to visit Manoj’s house.

When they arrive, they find the door opened by a drunk Kohli, who then walks away without saying much. Megha asks where Kavita is, and Kohli replies that she has gone to sleep because she wasn’t feeling well. Megha decides to prepare some food for Kripal, but Kohli brushes it off, telling her to go ahead. However, when they go to the kitchen, they find it in a mess with no food around. Megha offers to clean up and cook, but Kripal says he was only joking and insists on leaving. Megha assures him that Kavita would have cooked if she weren’t sick and promises to make food next time. She also asks him not to mention this to anyone at home, and he agrees, promising to keep it a secret. Megha hugs him gratefully.

Later, Megha tries calling Manoj, but his phone is switched off. She then goes to talk to Kavita, knocking on her door. Kavita, pretending to be unwell, quickly hides the food she has with her. Kohli opens the door and asks what Megha wants. Megha explains that she received a message about 10 lakhs being debited from her account and suspects it went to the wrong person. Kohli dismisses it as a bank error. Megha adds that she went to the hospital, but there was no record of Kavita’s surgery, and the doctor was unhelpful. Kohli angrily asks if she is accusing them of lying and reminds her that they already took the money. He yells at Megha, causing her to stumble back in tears. Kavita tries to calm the situation, telling Megha not to be afraid and that Kohli is just drunk. She advises Megha to go to her room and rest, while she will do the same. Megha runs to her room, deeply upset, and cries.
