The episode begins with Kashvi talking to Pradyuman. She tells him that Swati took her sonography photo and didn’t accept her as his wife. Pradyuman is surprised and asks why Swati would take the photo. Kashvi suggests he ask Swati directly. Pradyuman agrees and says they should check Swati’s room if needed. They go to Swati’s room and ask her if she took the photo. Swati denies it and tells them to check the room. Kashvi looks around but doesn’t find anything. She wonders who could have taken the sonography picture.

Meanwhile, Meera is in the kitchen when Nitya enters and tells her not to do any work. Meera thinks Nitya is being kind because she believes Meera is pregnant with Arjun’s child. Nitya asks Meera if she has told Karun about the baby. Meera asks Nitya not to tell Karun. Nitya questions why. At that moment, Arjun arrives and explains that they don’t know how Karun will react, so they plan to tell him after the Janmasthami function. Nitya agrees. Meera then tells Arjun that the blood report has arrived. Arjun offers to drop her off at the hospital while he heads to the office.

Kashvi and Pradyuman are on their way to the hospital. Kashvi thanks Pradyuman for the idea to collect a copy of the sonography report. They reach the hospital and ask the receptionist for a copy of the report. The nurse asks Kashvi to fill out a form. Pradyuman tells her to fill out the form while he takes a phone call. Meera also arrives at the hospital. Arjun offers to go inside with her, but Meera says she will just collect the report and come out quickly. She goes to the reception desk and asks for her report. The receptionist tells her to wait and then places her report on the table.

Pradyuman finishes his call and picks up Kashvi’s report. He notices Meera’s report on the table and checks it. He is shocked to see that the spouse in the report has Thalassemia. Kashvi returns, and Pradyuman shows her the report. They leave the hospital together. On the way, Pradyuman asks Kashvi if she had a deformity test done. Kashvi says no because both she and Arjun don’t have any health problems. She also mentions that she didn’t get it done when she was pregnant with Karun. Pradyuman finds this strange and starts to doubt Meera’s pregnancy.

Later, Kashvi and Arjun are at the office. Raunaq Sir complains about a bad smell in the room and asks the peon to spray some room freshener. The peon sprays the room, and Kashvi suddenly feels nauseous. She quickly leaves the room, and Arjun follows her. He helps her wash her face, and the song “Chahatein” plays in the background.

Pradyuman arrives at the office to give Kashvi her lunchbox. He meets his friend Amit, who remarks that Pradyuman didn’t visit him after Neelam left. Pradyuman introduces Kashvi as his wife, and Amit is surprised. Arjun overhears their conversation and asks Amit about Neelam. Amit explains that Pradyuman and Neelam were deeply in love, and he never thought Pradyuman would remarry. He says he is surprised that Pradyuman got married again. Arjun asks where Neelam was treated, and Amit says it was at City Hospital.

Arjun then goes to Kashvi and tells her about Pradyuman’s first wife, Neelam, who is now dead. Kashvi says she already knows and adds that everyone has their own way of dealing with pain. She then taunts Arjun for marrying Meera while she is still alive.

Arjun goes to the hospital and, with the help of a peon, enters the records room. He finds Neelam’s death certificate and sees that she died of Malaria. He also discovers that Pradyuman got her discharged against the doctor’s advice. Arjun decides to meet Dr. Kothari to learn the truth and asks the peon for help.

Later, Meera visits Karun’s school. Karun shows her his Janmasthami costume, and Meera is pleased. Arjun arrives, and Kashvi says she came to meet a friend. Arjun asks her why she is lying.
