The episode begins with Kohli going to get a drink. Kavita sees him and stops him, breaking the glass in his hand. Megha hears the commotion. Kavita threatens to call Manoj. Kohli speaks to Manoj on the phone, trying to defend himself. Manoj is angry and scolds Kohli. Megha overhears the conversation. Manoj tells Kohli that he shouldn’t drink every day because it will make Megha suspicious.

Afterwards, Manoj calls Megha. She is upset and cries while talking to him. Manoj apologizes, saying he scolded his dad a lot. He explains that Kohli is addicted to alcohol, and they don’t know when he will stop. Megha sees Kavita picking up the broken glass and goes to help her. Kavita, still emotional, tells Megha that Manoj gets angry with Kohli often and asks her not to mention anything to him. Kavita leaves the room in tears, and Megha finishes cleaning up the broken glass.

Manoj continues talking to Megha, asking her to take care of his elderly parents. Megha agrees. Manoj then asks about a message Megha received. She explains it to him, and he assures her that it’s just a scam and promises that her money is safe. He says he doesn’t know anything about someone named Sikandar but vows to protect her dad’s money. Manoj tries to cheer Megha up, asking her to smile and take care of herself. Megha feels reassured and smiles.

The next morning, Surinder and Ranjeeta miss Megha as they start their day. Megha is busy making breakfast at her in-laws’ house. She asks Kavita to sit down and relax, but Kavita says she’s fine now. They chat, and Megha asks if Kohli is angry with her. Kavita reassures her that Kohli isn’t upset and suggests she bring him some tea. Kohli enters the room, and Kavita comments that Manoj has managed to convince Megha well. Megha brings the tea to Kohli and apologizes for misunderstanding him. Kohli also apologizes and invites her to sit down and have breakfast with them. They share a smile.

Megha then asks for permission to go out and teach dance for two hours, explaining that she has already taken an advance payment. Kavita suddenly gets angry and tells Megha to stop joking around. Kohli becomes stern and tells Megha that she’s now in her Sasural (in-laws’ house) and can’t just go out to dance whenever she wants. Megha tries to explain that she has already discussed it with Manoj, and he supports her decision. Kohli reminds her that he is Manoj’s father and that he makes the decisions in this house. He sarcastically tells Megha that she can dance all she wants when she goes to Georgia, implying he doesn’t care about her plans.

Megha insists that she won’t quit her job because there’s nothing wrong with dancing. She begins to cry and goes to her room. While in her room, she gets a call from Ranjeeta. Megha talks to her, trying to hide her tears. Surinder asks her what’s wrong, and she lies, saying something got in her eye. Surinder realizes she’s crying, but Megha denies it. She tells him that her in-laws’ house is nice and there’s no reason for her to cry, although she admits she misses them a lot. Ranjeeta tries to cheer her up during the call.

Meanwhile, Kavita and Kohli prepare to welcome some guests. Kavita calls Megha to help. Megha makes snacks and serves them to the guests. After the guests leave, Kohli and his friends start drinking alcohol. Kavita asks Megha to make some pakoras (fried snacks) and then leaves to watch her TV show. Megha prepares the pakoras in the kitchen. After that, Kavita tells Megha she can leave, but then asks her to make another cup of tea. Megha quietly goes back to the kitchen to make the tea.

Kohli then asks Megha to bring him a beer from the fridge. Megha does as he asks, but she feels uncomfortable. He then tells her to pour the beer into his glass, which makes Megha feel even worse. Despite her discomfort, Megha continues to do what she’s told.
