The episode begins with Vaiju apologizing for the cake, saying Aparna can have it next time. Aparna agrees and leaves with Karan. After they leave, Ranvijay thanks Vaiju, saying the deal is done and she handled the situation well. Vaiju smiles, while Jaya watches them. Later, Ranvijay and Jaya have a conversation. He hugs her, calling her his lucky charm. He reassures her that they will return for the cake another time and tells her not to worry, then they both go to sleep.

Meanwhile, Vaiju goes to the kitchen to look for something to eat. She finds a leftover roti and smiles. At the same time, Ranvijay also feels hungry and goes to the kitchen. He sees the roti on a plate and takes it. Vaiju, who is near the window, hears someone in the kitchen and gets worried. She thinks there is a thief in the house and decides to confront him. Vaiju rushes to the kitchen and starts beating the person she sees, thinking it’s a thief. The person tries to stop her, and she shouts, “Thief!” The man tells her to stop and reveals that it’s him. When the light turns on, Vaiju realizes it’s Ranvijay. Jaya enters the kitchen, sees them, and starts laughing. She jokes that Vaiju was going to beat Ranvijay with an umbrella.

Vaiju, feeling embarrassed, explains that she thought Ranvijay was a thief who came to steal her roti. Ranvijay teases her, saying she really thought a thief would come to steal her roti. He tells her that he was just hungry and came to eat. Vaiju insists that the food is hers, and Ranvijay says he thought it was extra. They both ask each other why they haven’t eaten yet. As they argue over the food, Jaya steps in and tells them to stop fighting like children. She suggests that they share the roti and breaks it in half, giving a piece to each of them. The next morning, Jaya tells her mother, Vasundara, that her friend Mihika is coming over for a project and asks if Mihika can stay with them for a few days. Vasundara quietly says she just wants him to be honest with her, even if it’s difficult. Kaveri visits Jaya and asks if everything is fine between her and Ranvijay. Jaya reassures her that everything is okay and tells Kaveri not to worry. After leaving Jaya, Kaveri goes to the mill, determined to find out what’s really going on. She introduces herself as Jaya’s elder sister and heads toward Ranvijay’s office.

He promises to take care of Vaiju and says she is his responsibility. As they talk, Kaveri arrives at the mill. Vaiju notices Kaveri and quickly stops her from going further.
