The episode begins with Jhanak thanking Aditya for letting her stay in one of his flats. Aditya says he has four empty flats right now and tells her not to waste her savings on house rent. He says she shouldn’t worry about what others think. Jhanak insists she doesn’t want people to talk badly about her. Aditya tries to reassure her, saying they should have gone to the doctor earlier in the morning because she felt dizzy and even vomited, but they only came now in the evening. Jhanak brushes it off, saying it was just some indigestion. Aditya insists that she let the doctor check her because she will soon start her first shoot and needs to stay healthy. He also tells her not to worry about paying the doctor’s fees right away; she can pay him back later, and all he wants in return is a smile from her.

Meanwhile, Shubh and others are talking. Tanuja says they need to stop the marriage that is about to happen. Shubh asks what they can do since it’s about Appu. Lal, another character, says his parents aren’t listening to him. Arshi joins them and says that Anirudh, who is devoted to Anjana, will support Appu’s marriage. Tanuja suggests they think of a way to stop the marriage.

Back at the clinic, Aditya and Jhanak meet the doctor. The doctor recognizes Jhanak from a TV show and says she looks weak. Aditya offers to wait outside, but the doctor says he can stay unless it’s a private check-up. The doctor examines Jhanak and says she has low blood levels and needs to eat well and on time. Jhanak mentions feeling dizzy and not feeling right. The doctor suggests some tests to find out what’s wrong. Aditya worries that Jhanak might have a serious health problem and decides to take extra care of her.

At the same time, Arshi is talking to others about Anirudh. She says that Anirudh thinks everyone should live their life the way they want, and though he supports Appu’s marriage now, he will realize his mistake later. She mentions that Anirudh saw Jhanak with Aditya and thinks Jhanak is clever, using both Anirudh and now Aditya. Arshi also shares that Jhanak went shopping with Aditya and even attended a party with him. She believes Anirudh has learned his lesson and will understand later that he was wrong about Appu too.

Shubh then tells Tanuja that he wants them to leave the house, but Arshi insists they stay. She tells Shubh, who is a highly intelligent lawyer, to come up with a solution. Shubh says he has a plan, but doubts if everyone will agree. Arshi assures him that they will all trust him and agree.

The doctor checks Jhanak’s test results and finds something unexpected. Jhanak says she doesn’t feel well and has pain in her stomach. The doctor tells her to calm down and says the results show that Jhanak might be pregnant. Both Jhanak and Aditya are shocked by this news. The doctor says they should talk about it, and Jhanak recalls her past moments with Anirudh.

Meanwhile, Shubh suggests a plan to stop Appu’s marriage. He says they can file a theft case against Lalon, who had come to their house for work. He believes this will scare Lalon and make him forget about love. Lal agrees and says he won’t spend any money on the wedding. Arshi adds that Anirudh won’t refuse Anjana and Bablu’s wishes, but the marriage still won’t happen. Shubh then takes Lal to the police station to make sure their story is foolproof. Arshi warns them not to let Anirudh find out, or he will protest. Appu enters the scene, asking for makeup items, but Shubh tells her to leave. Appu argues with Lal, who tells her that Lalon can’t even provide food for her, but Appu insists that Lalon sings well and will become a big singer one day. She leaves the room singing.

Back at the clinic, Jhanak is sitting and crying. The song “Koi Fariyaad” plays as she remembers her moments with Anirudh. Aditya comes in and tells Jhanak that he won’t ask her any questions or demand any answers. He only wants to know if everything is okay and if the situation is right. Jhanak responds by saying that the test results have already confirmed everything. The doctor said she will need to do more tests, but this baby is more important to her than her career. Aditya then asks her to tell the baby’s father the news since he should also know. Jhanak agrees, saying the father will indeed find out soon.
