Savi and Rajat start a mock court session. Savi pretends to be Ashika’s lawyer and questions Rajat. She asks if he ever hit Sai. Rajat gets angry and shouts, “What nonsense!” Savi reminds him that she is Ashika’s lawyer and warns that if he keeps shouting, he might lose custody of Sai. Rajat calms down and says he loves his daughter very much and cannot live without her. Savi then asks why his son testified against him in court. Rajat says he has no idea why his son did that, and insists that he never hit his children. He says he loves his daughter deeply.

Savi accuses Rajat of not having enough time for his daughter. Rajat responds that he has changed. He now enjoys spending time with his daughter and takes great care of her happiness. He says that his parents and wife also help take care of Sai. While they talk, Rajat notices Sai’s name written in Savi’s mehndi. Savi tells him to focus on the questions. Rajat says his wife and daughter love each other a lot and are very close. He adds that they can’t be separated from each other. Savi continues to ask him more questions.

The next morning, Rajat is waiting to use the bathroom. He tells Savi to hurry up. While waiting, he accidentally touches something and searches for a tissue paper. He finds a box that Tara had given Savi as a gift. He opens it and, not realizing what it is, uses a piece of lingerie to wipe his face. When he realizes what he has done, he gets embarrassed and thinks that Savi was accusing him while she was dreaming about romance. Their usual playful argument, or “nok jhok,” begins.

Meanwhile, Isha picks up a bottle of milk at her door and offers it to Bhagyashree, saying that Savi drinks low-fat milk. Bhagyashree comments that even her maid drinks full-cream milk in her tea. Isha insists and then greets Bhagyashree with “Jai Shri Krishna.” Bhagyashree is surprised. Isha says they are family now, so she wants to forget the past and start fresh with friendship. Bhagyashree responds that they can never be friends. She then starts playing loud music and does zumba, which annoys Isha.

Rajat gets ready for work, but Savi asks him to leave the room because she needs to get ready for school. Rajat refuses and tells her to change in the bathroom. Savi complains that he has made a mess of the bathroom. She then hangs a curtain in the room and changes her clothes behind it. Their playful argument continues. Rajat receives a call from Aman and heads downstairs. Bhagyashree invites him to join them for breakfast, but Rajat says he is running late and leaves.

Bhagyashree then waits for Savi to come downstairs. When Savi finally comes down, she says she is late and will eat something at school. Rajendra, who is also at the table, hands her a tiffin box. He says he knew she would be late, so he packed breakfast and lunch for her. Savi thanks him. Shantanu and Isha also bring tiffin for Savi. Rajendra tells them not to worry about Savi anymore because she is like Tara and Riddhi to him now. He says he has already packed her tiffin. They thank him. Savi takes both tiffins and prays to God to bring Sai back home. She leaves, telling the family that she will meet them in court, and they will bring Sai home for sure.

Rajendra returns to the dining table. Bhagyashree confronts him for never making her tea or breakfast but making tiffin for Savi. Rajendra explains that he used to make tiffin for Riddhi when she was in college and wouldn’t have packed one for Savi if Bhagyashree had done it. Tara comments that Savi is taking control in just one day. Bhagyashree vows that she will never let that happen.

At the court, Arsh and Ashika arrive early and wait for Rajat. When Rajat arrives with Aman, Arsh mocks him and says he will win Savi today. He then asks Ashika where their “trump card” Savi is. The court session begins, and Rajat tells the judge that his wife, Savi Rajat Thakkar, will testify in their favor. Arsh and Ashika are shocked to hear this. Ashika sends a message to Savi, asking to talk for two minutes. Savi reads the message and shows it to Rajat. Rajat tells her to make her own decision.
