The episode starts with Indra asking Nandita if they are tired. Nandita replies that they are not tired because everyone enjoyed Anudi’s food, and they were such good hosts. Indra praises Anupama, saying she makes delicious food. Meanwhile, Anupama prays to God and wishes Him a happy Raksha Bandhan. Babuji asks if Vanraj and Leela had come over, and Anupama nods. Babuji then asks if anything happened, and Anupama says everything is handled. She then asks about Sagar, saying she needs to tie him a rakhi. Nandita replies that Sagar left for some work, and Anupama thinks he might be stuck somewhere.

On the other side, Meenu is upset and asks Sagar why he told her not to talk to him. She says she felt bad because he was rude to her. Sagar refuses to speak to her, but Meenu insists, saying she wants to talk. They sit down, and Meenu asks why Sagar is avoiding her and what is stopping him from being friends with her. Sagar replies that it’s their status and tells her they aren’t suitable to be friends. Despite this, Meenu says she likes him.

Meanwhile, Vanraj complains that Anupama caused a scene, as usual. Toshu agrees, saying they can’t expect much from her. Kinjal suggests they tie rakhi, but they notice Meenu is missing. Ansh says she went out, and Vanraj gets upset, asking whose permission she took. Pakhi suggests Bhabhi (Kinjal) must know, but Kinjal says she didn’t. Vanraj then asks Toshu to call Meenu.

Back to Sagar and Meenu, she expresses her feelings for him, saying she likes how he fights for her, enjoys riding in his auto, and wants to spend time with him. She admits that her feelings are strange but real. She knows her family might get angry, but she still likes Sagar and wants to know if he feels the same. Vanraj calls her, but Meenu ignores it. Pakhi guesses Meenu went to meet the auto driver (Sagar), and Vanraj gets a message that Meenu’s card was used at a coffee shop. He asks Toshu to come with him.

At the coffee shop, Sagar tells Meenu not to bring up their relationship again. He says they should end it before it causes more problems for everyone. He points out that her family doesn’t want them to be friends, and she’s becoming a doctor while he’s just an auto driver. Vanraj and Toshu arrive, and Meenu quickly lies, saying she came to meet a friend who didn’t show up, so she was just getting coffee. Sagar realizes it’s good he saw them coming, or he would have been in trouble.

Later, Pakhi and Meenu tie rakhi to Toshu. Meenu asks Toshu for gifts, and Toshu jokes that he has a 5-in-1 gift for her. Meenu also wants to tie a rakhi to Titu, saying she always ties it to two brothers. Titu asks what gift she wants, and Meenu sweetly says he is a gift to the family. Meanwhile, Baa mentions that Babuji isn’t with them, as he’s celebrating the festival with people at the Ashram.

Indra ties a rakhi to Babuji, who says he doesn’t have much money to give her but gives her something anyway. Indra then ties a rakhi to Anupama. Meenu asks Vanraj if she can tie Mummy’s rakhi to him, and he agrees. She ties the rakhi, and Kinjal remarks that it’s good no issues were created during the celebration. Baa agrees. Indra praises Vanraj for being everyone’s protector, and Anupama thanks him.

Vanraj asks Meenu what she wants as a gift. Meenu asks if he will really give her whatever she wants, and Vanraj assures her. She says she will ask for something when the time is right.

Nandita ties a rakhi to Anuj and feeds him sweets. Anuj says he didn’t expect her to tie a rakhi to him, so he didn’t bring a gift. Nandita places his hand on her head and prays for him. Sagar arrives, and Bala jokes that he almost sacrificed himself. Anupama asks Sagar to sit so she can tie a rakhi to him. She notices something is wrong and asks what happened, but Sagar doesn’t answer. Anupama tells him she can always tell when he’s lying. Sagar gives her money as a gift, and Anupama blesses him.

Later, Anupama plans to talk to Sagar after his test. She goes to Anuj, who is missing Aadhya and says he can’t celebrate any festival without her. Anupama comforts him, saying Aadhya must also be missing them. Anuj worries they might have to celebrate more festivals without her, but Anupama assures him that happiness will return, and they will celebrate together soon. Meanwhile, Aadhya prays to Kanha ji, asking to be reunited with her parents.

Anupama tries to get catering orders by making several phone calls but gets no luck. She feels hopeless, especially since they haven’t found Choti, and the police are asking them to search for her in America. Anuj comes to her and gives her a magnet, saying it helps relieve stress.
