The episode begins with Jagdish asking Meera if she is okay. Meera says she is fine. Karun goes to get water for her. He brings the water, and Meera drinks it. Jagdish then asks how she fell down the stairs. Meera says something slippery was on the stairs. Nitya, who is nearby, thinks about what she has done. She remembers that Meera is carrying Arjun’s baby. Arjun finds some oil on the stairs and tells Jagdish about it. Nitya tries to handle the situation and comes to them. She asks what happened. Arjun says Meera fell down, but he caught her just in time. Nitya explains that she asked Maharaj ji to fry some puris, and he might have spilled some oil accidentally. Meera says she is okay and can sit for the puja. Pradyuman then tells Kashvi that he will come with her for her sonography. He says they are friends, and he feels responsible for her. Kashvi agrees.

Later, Meera feels pain in her stomach and tells Arjun. Arjun says he will call the doctor, but Meera doesn’t want anyone to know about her pregnancy. Arjun then decides to take her to the doctor and asks Jagdish and Nitya if they can sit for the puja instead, as Meera has back pain from the fall. Jagdish agrees, and Nitya tells them to take care.

Arjun and Meera arrive at the hospital. Meera asks Arjun to wait outside because she wants to talk to the doctor alone. Arjun agrees and tells her to call him when she’s done. Meanwhile, the doctor asks Kashvi if she is excited to see her baby for the first time. Kashvi says she is very happy and goes inside. Arjun sees Pradyuman at the hospital and thinks that he will not let Pradyuman take what is his. Arjun then calls Pradyuman from the hospital’s landline and says that Pradyuman hasn’t paid his EMI. Pradyuman is confused and says he has paid all the EMIs. Arjun accuses him of theft. The nurse tells Pradyuman to go outside and talk. Pradyuman leaves to take the call.

Arjun takes this chance to enter the sonography room. He sees Kashvi looking at her baby on the screen and feeling happy. Arjun becomes emotional too. Kashvi wonders why Arjun came here when he has his wife. Pradyuman then comes back and asks Arjun why he is there. The nurse also arrives and tells Mr. Bajwa that his wife is calling him. Pradyuman corrects her, saying Kashvi is his wife and that Arjun filled her maang with sindoor. Kashvi tells Pradyuman to go to his wife. Arjun then goes back to Meera. Nitya apologizes for trying to give Meera papaya and congratulates her on the pregnancy. Jagdish is overjoyed and hugs Arjun, saying it is a happy moment. He also blesses Meera.

Later, Kashvi looks at her sonography report and says she can’t wait for the baby to come, so she can take care of it and be with it. That night, a man sneaks into Kashvi’s room and steals the sonography report. In the morning, Kashvi wakes up and eagerly looks for the sonography picture.
