The episode begins with Arjun feeling shocked when he sees Pradyuman filling Kashvi’s maang (the parting of her hair) with sindoor (a red powder that signifies marriage in Hindu tradition) to stop her from marrying an old man. Pradyuman, angry and frustrated, turns to Mahima and demands to know what is happening. He accuses her of trying to get Kashvi married while she was unconscious. Mahima tries to deny it, but Arjun grabs the old man and is surprised to see how old he is. The old man runs away.

Arjun confronts Mahima, asking what she was trying to do. Pradyuman slaps Mahima, furious that she would do something so terrible to Kashvi. Mahima admits she was jealous of Kashvi. Pradyuman, fed up with the drama, says he’s tired of everyone. He mentions Kashvi’s ex-husband hanging around his house and now Mahima’s actions. He warns Mahima that once Kashvi wakes up, he will expose everything she has done. He threatens to make Mahima’s life miserable because of her gambling habit. He then takes Kashvi away from the scene. Mahima fears that if Pradyuman tells Mahinder (her husband), she will be ruined.

Later, Kashvi regains consciousness and is confused. She asks Pradyuman what happened, why she’s wearing different clothes, and why her head hurts. She recalls going to a mass marriage ceremony with Mahima, who had told her about a minor girl’s marriage. Pradyuman explains that it was all a lie and tells her everything that happened. He admits that he had to fill her maang out of necessity and says if Mahima weren’t her sister or Mahinder’s wife, he would have killed her. Kashvi is shocked that her sister could do such a thing again and says she always forgives her. She insists on confronting Mahima, but Pradyuman advises her to rest.

Mahima enters the room, and Pradyuman sarcastically says the devil has arrived and leaves them to talk. Kashvi confronts Mahima, asking how she could do something so terrible, especially without thinking about her unborn child. Mahima, filled with guilt, says she doesn’t deserve to live and asks Kashvi to kill her. She admits she was jealous ever since Kashvi said she would marry Pradyuman and didn’t realize what she was doing. When Mahinder calls out for her, Mahima panics and threatens to drink poison if Kashvi tells him anything. Kashvi, distressed, stops her and breaks off their relationship. Mahima, however, smiles as she leaves, leaving Kashvi feeling tense.

Meanwhile, Karun comes home in tears. Meera, his stepmother, asks why he’s crying on the day of his exam results. Karun reveals that he failed and came last. Nitya, who secretly tampered with his exam papers, thinks to herself that this is all her doing. She had bribed the peon to switch Karun’s answer sheet with a fake one she had prepared. Pretending to be concerned, Nitya approaches Karun, who regrets studying with Meera. He wishes he had studied with Badi Mom instead. Meera suggests they talk to a teacher, but Nitya seizes the opportunity to insult Meera, accusing her of intentionally making Karun fail because she’s his stepmother. Jagdish tries to intervene and stop Nitya from turning Karun against Meera. At that moment, Arjun arrives and asks what’s going on. Karun, upset, says he failed because of his new stepmother, Meera. Nitya tells Arjun to keep his wife away from Karun and warns him to stay away from Meera.

Pradyuman later tells Mahinder that he and Kashvi are moving to his old house. Mahinder asks them to stay, but Pradyuman insists they need space now that they’re married. Mahima, relieved that Pradyuman didn’t reveal her actions to Mahinder, still blames him for wanting to move out.

Meera tries to explain to Arjun that she had taught Karun well and that he had done well on the exam. Arjun reassures her not to worry about what his mother said and goes to get her medicine. Meera, however, is determined to uncover the truth.

Kashvi then questions Pradyuman about why he made such a big decision without consulting her. Pradyuman explains that Mahima could harm them or their unborn child, and they need to leave for their safety. He admits that Mahima can’t control her emotions and isn’t trustworthy. He feels responsible for Kashvi and her child, which is why he made the decision to move. Kashvi agrees, saying she also doesn’t want to stay with Mahima, and they decide to leave.

Later, Raunaq Sir tells Arjun that there’s good news: Kashvi got married and will be staying in Faridabad. Kashvi is about to go to the HR office to give out chocolates in celebration but trips. Arjun catches her, and the song “Chahatein” plays in the background. Pradyuman arrives and sees Arjun holding Kashvi’s hand. He coughs to get their attention and asks Kashvi if she’s okay. Pradyuman mentions that Kashvi forgot the chocolates in the car and hands Arjun two boxes. He then suggests they distribute chocolates to the rest of the staff.
